How to build a metal welding table part three

A steel welding table is a basic necessity for any welder's work area, because sweat is present on a wooden surface a very real fire hazard. 2. Connect the two sections of the rectangular frame together and the remaining heftgeschweissten Corners.

3. Welding of the table top to the frame. Position the frame, flat side up. Use one of the pieces of steel plate on top of the frame and center. 6. Mount the caster coupler nuts and wheels. Insert a coupler nut in the inside corner of angle iron, flush with the bottom of the leg. Make a 3/4-inch seam on each side of the mother. Repeat this step on each leg. Allow to cool. Insert a standard nut on each wheel as far as it goes curb. Make a backup disk on each roll shaft and thread the stem into coupler nut attached to the table leg. Adjust the height of the rollers on the table level. Then tighten the lock nuts on the rolls vertically.

7. Attach the welding gun owners. With a terminal, connect the 3-inch length of steel pipe on the right front corner of the top shelf of the table (If right handed, you have to switch on the left side if you are left handed). Put it in a 45-degree angle with the face-up on position held by a Welding gun. Points, remove the hose and clamp. Make a 1-inch finish on the top of the pipe weld.
8. Back, admire your needlework and begin your next project welding. Painting the welding table is available with a rust-resistant paint, but do not paint TOP OF THE TABLE. Mask off the top with tape and newspaper. Paint.
